Infringements ? On the surface , no . What else will be slipped in to the final version ? The left will not let this opportunity slip past them . You have to know that . There IS a bigger agenda . You think all of these rallys and marches with all of those people wearing the same blue T-Shirts aren't part of a well organized , and well funded group ? Those crowds are not grass roots and spontaneous , that's for sure . I guess we'll have to pass it so we can see what's in it ?

To your point, the legislation has not yet been written and while it hasn’t been mentioned, they all seem to agree to pass “Red Flag” laws which are completely Unconstitutional.
And Their sole purpose is to be abused.
Why do you think they stripped all the penalties for false reporting out ?

• Provides resources to states and tribes to create and administer laws that help ensure deadly weapons are kept out of the hands of individuals whom a court has determined to be a significant danger to themselves or others, consistent with state and federal due process and constitutional protections.

Investment in Children and Family Mental Health Services

• National expansion of community behavioral health center model; major investments to increase access to mental health and suicide prevention programs; and other support services available in the community, including crisis and trauma intervention and recovery.

Protections for Victims of Domestic Violence

• Convicted domestic violence abusers and individuals subject to domestic violence restraining orders are included in NICS, including those who have or have had a continuing relationship of a romantic or intimate nature.

Funding for School-Based Mental Health and Supportive Services

I don't see any infringements, do you?

The devil is in the details. I actually don't have a problem with the Crisis Intervention Order except if your firearms are taken, YOU have to hire a lawyer ($150+ and hour) to represent yourself before the court to get your firearms back.Also,the police will take your weapons. There is no clause for the guns to be taken by another family member or friend for safe keeping. Penalties for straw purchases. It is already illegal todo a straw purchase. The law is not enforced. Why create another that will not be enforces.
