Steyr M1912

Looking for any knowledge on this Steyr pistol. My understanding is that it is a M1912 9MM.

A family member recently inherited it and was curious as to the value and any other information you guys may know.

Serial number on the slide appears to be 51824.

Yep... I am aware of that this is not the typical 9mm luger.
