Apparently drugstores across the country have been out of o.b. nonapplicator tampons for several months. People are selling their o.b. tampons on ebay for nearly 3 times original cost. Forget gold, silver and ammo.

There is a pressconference right now on MSNBC. President Obama is blaming the tampon shortage on legislation passed by the Bush Administration. The President has committed government funding in the amount of $100,000,000 to help stimulate the tampon industry. Tampon vouchers will be distributed to low income households on the 1st and 3rd of each month.
