Taurus GX4 light primer strike issue

Morning all, I was wondering if anyone ran into a light primer strike issue with their GX4. I purchased mine at the beginning of the year, cleaned it up, lubed it and took it out to the range recently for the first time.
I put about 300 rounds through it and was getting at least 1 round per magazine not firing and after recycling it back into the mag it would go off without an issue. Now I'm not trying to bash Taurus etc as I have owned other Taurus pistols in the past and as a matter of fact I have a g3c toro in my collection now, but I can't wrap my mind around carrying the gx4 while having this issue. I plan on going back to the range and putting another 300 rounds through it to see if there is any change.

Also if anyone has had this experience with ZSR ammunition please let me know, it was my first time using this brand so I have no experience with it.

imported ammo the majority of the time have very hard primers... i would try a diff ammo

Looked up some reviews and your results seem to be common to non-existent. About 50-50. One person had 5 duds in a box of 50. Others have no problem. Others had the light primer strikes. This was from a myriad of different pistols
