I don't know anything about AK's, what's wrong with it? Too many rivets (I.e. FA parts installed)? Too short? Looks like its 16" to me

It's just rivets I believe. Some came in that way but they are in fact considered illegal machine guns by the ATF.

It has three FCG pins. The one closest to the front is the one for the auto trip lever.

It's a covered stamped area that is used to install a chinese underfolder stock.

I thought the BATFE seized all the Labanu contraband MAK-90s? Regardless, they know the ones by serial number range, so it is pointless to even try to sell or possess them. Once a machine gun, always a machine gun!

He relisted a few times and then ended it after 24hrs or so. If someone needs it, maybe they should offer to buy what's left after he chops it.

I did that with a seller who had one that had some funky military parts. Pistol grip, gas tube, other stuff was very different from normal Chinese AK stuff we're used to seein'.
