    Hello Bruce The hole in the grip safety is oversized for the factory pin. Off the pistol the pin falls through thegrip safety hole. I need a grip safety with a smaller hole. Thank you, Charles

    Bruce. Got the safety grip and installed it. Fits my wife's hand well. With racking the slide and dry firing the pin frequently falls out. Have you had this happen before? Any options for the safety pin that holds safety to grip? Thank you, Charles.
