Same size as the can veggies. Not sure of the oz. Not at home. Or you can use 2 boxes of broth. I think they are 16oz

Cool, I'm doing a half recipie, just for me, and I've got a 32 ounce box that I'll sling in there. Cant wait to give this stuff a try

How many people you figure this would feed? I have family coming over this weekend and wanted to give it a try. Looks great!

Looks awesome!!! Very similar to my recipe, in fact. I also do mine in a 12-inch (8 qt) dutch oven, comes out perfect every time! It will feed a dozen or so people, or a half-dozen hungry mf'ers at the camp.

    P.S. Emperor, you're a s**thead! :p

I am just misunderstood! I did cover my ass by saying that BB's was exceptional.

I made this recipe yesterday. It was delicious. Next time, I think I'll skip the sausage and do only andouille. Also, I must have cooked the rice too long because it was a little too tender.

Since it's just me and my wife, we have lots of leftovers. :D

Just copied the recipe to try, and get the grocery list together, but what the hell is kitchen bouquet? and is there a possible substitute?

REAL cooks can brown their ingredients in such a way as to impart the proper color and flavor in the batch without the need for cheats such as Kitchen Bouquet. That being said, I am not a real cook, and I employ the "cheat" every time I cook a batch.
