From what I read there is something like $9B tied up In Constitutional stuff that can be freed up with these changes that could allow for a repeal of the state income tax.

Didn’t take the LSM and Dems long to criticize Constitutional Carry after this shooting…waiting until the very end of the article to mention that the legislation hasn’t even taken effect yet...
And if it makes one criminal think twice about committing a violent crime, then it’s a win in my book.
