They are going to start holding training classes for law enforcement at the police station that is right in the middle of the Quarter and going to designate it a school and thus no permit-less carry would be allowed within 1000 ft. 1000 ft from the station is the majority of the touristy parts. -

The actually caught it before I had the chance to call them and emailed me asking me to submit a new medicial approval form from my Doctor. -

It is not required however you cannot carry 1000 ft. from a school zone without a permit, of which there are more than many think. -

I was in a hurry to fill out the application because the expiration date is almost here, and I just said "no" to everything. On my initial application, I said "yes," and my Doctor completed the paperwork. It's an honest mistake and obviously they have the release from my Doctor on file already...
