    Unfortunately one of my employees, in late summer 2012, got arrested for DUI by BRPD and she's still fighting it. She blew a .03.

    That guy probably has a long road ahead of him. From what I've gathered from my own attorney, is never blow no matter what. For any reason. EVER. This happens more than you think.

    The law has changed and you are all but hung out to dry {like an overweight housewife}if you do not blow. You lose your license immediately.

    Not advocating drinking and driving, but I've heard the proper call is to refuse to submit to any test without your lawyer present. Go downtown and wait for your lawyer to show. After he shows 8-10 hours later, I'm sure he'll say its ok to blow then.

    That said, drunk drivers suck cat a$$ and get everything their selfish selves deserve.
