    Baton Rouge... Mostly
Well, first would be my 'Go to' rifle:

A WASR10 with G2 trigger, Romanian folding stock, Blue Force Gear Single point sling, Ultimak and Eo Tech (I'm gonna take it off and put on an aimpoint so that I can co-witness XS sites.) along with a 135 Lume Pentagon light on a Barrel mount

Second I will take my M1A Scout, with Vortex flash hider, rail for a Surefire, and Leupold 2.5 Scout scope on GG&G throw levers (The Eotech is also on throw levers)

    Third... I guess my Barrett.

    Ruger 10/22

    Converted Saiga 7.62x39

Scoped, Bolt action rifle of common hunting caliber like 308, 30.06 or 7mm

That would cover the bases in an extended SHTF scenario. 10/22 for cheaply making meat from small game. Bolt action for harvesting large game. AK for holding over my head and screaming "WOLVERENES!". All three would be good for de-animating zombie hordes.

    22lr bolt action (Anschutz 1700)
    223 Colt H-Bar
    Rem 700 in 308

Covers everything from small game and plinking, self defense, and hunting to fill the larder. (God forbid that I.m ever limited to only 3 rifles) I would add a 357 S&W revolver for all around purposes.

Assuming Ammo is readily available and plentiful:

    Barrett M82A1 29" Barrel

FN PBR XP .308(have this already)

6.5 Grendel 'Counter Sniper' build on Alexander Arms parts...wikipedia has such a nice picture of it...

Real world situation, Ammo may be in short supply or uncommon:

    Dump the 6.5 for a 10/22

I want a defense rifle that works every time even after I club a family of baby seals with it in the mud, so I'd have to choose one of my AK's - probably a Romanian - light, ugly, but it takes a licking ... and keeps on putting thousands of rounds downrange and on target.

I'd need a heavy hunting rifle, so a bolt-action Mauser M24/47 in 8mm would be next. Dead accurate.

Finally the ubiquitous .22 for small game. Man! The bull-barrel .22 looks cool.

For me, ammunition will never be an issue. Unless my house catches fire. Oh, man! I sure wouldn't want to put out THAT fire.

Steyr Aug as my go to rifle (don't got one, but tend to have wet dreams about owning one)

Mossberg 500 18in barrel with a Knoxx over folding recoil reducing stock.

Ruger 10/22 (currently setting up mine with a Tactical Solutions 16in. bull barrel, Hogue overmold OD, Harris bipod, and BSA Sweet Series Scopes 22-39X40A/O scope)
