+1 on Clarks. There others just as good elsewhere, but none any better. They pioneered pin gun work years ago.

If you are just swapping the sights, not doing any milling on the firearm, just about any competent gunsmith will do.

If you are going to have milling done (Swapping from GI style sights to target sights or night sights) Clarks would be a great place to start.
