Will the 1986 ban on fully automatic weapons produced after that year ever be revoked? Vote and post your thoughts.

I'd sure like to think so. Someday.

Laws are like Gov. Agencies, they are easy to create and put into action, but they are incredibly hard to remove.

I'm sorry to say, but that would be a tall order. I would like to think someday we can push for it. IMO, it's complete BS as far as not being able to get a class III and buying something newer.

They want to ban all guns, if they only could . I seriously doubt they would lift the ban on automatic weapons .

I don't think most of you are looking far enough into the future. One day it will be revoked......as well as every other law on our books. History has proven that civilizations will fall at some point. One day.....EVENTUALLY.....ours will too.

Were all over the average 200 to 250 year survival range for Civilizations. We'll see I guess, I don't think we'll make it out of this Century.

It will never go away. The MG club is rather exclusive because of the price.

Could you imagine what would happen if the ban was lifted and the prices crashed? I would be mad my MG's lost a good portion of their value.
