Still don't sound right because he is buying to intentionally to resale which seems to go against 11a on the 4473 which asks if you are the intentionally purchaser in which he is but yet he is just the middle man. Back to topic, sales.

Cabela's has Herters aluminum cased 9mm, 50 for 13.99. I've never bought anything other than brass ammo but it seems a little high. Can't shoot it at the range so I'll pass on this one but if anyone else wants some, it's there. They have .40 cal too.
