I can't believe you can't do a muscle up yet you can snatch over 200. I can link quite a few muscle ups, but can barely get a 170 snatch...

He's just mad that I can rep out his max deadlift.
You're just mad that I can rep your max bench. And that I can link 15+ muscle-ups :]
Come do the CF total at Geaux with me!!
You really should get with q coach or trainer for a few weeks. With crossfit, every session is with a coach. Learning to do stuff correctly is important.Any good links for a workout plan and instructions on exercises and form? I've been doing nearly the same routine for a while now and I've seen some people doing stuff I'd like to try, but I'm not really sure how to do them. For one, I've never squatted or deadlifted or any of that.
Yeah, that's not a bad idea, but I don't think there are any at the budget gym (Planet Fitness) I'm at now.

Find some good youtube guides. Plenty out there, just sort through the junk.
Athlean-X
Alan Thrall
Buff Dudes
Etc...
Start with the basics and proper form. The rest will follow.

I'll agree on the injuring yourself deal. Last year when I first really was getting back into working out, I seriously screwed my neck. Couldn't move for about a week. That's why I suggested proper form and going slow.
