I would like to secure my FFL, unfortunately it is painfully obvious the gov websites are not very helpful. I would like to buy and sell, as well as factory ammo in a retail location. I am not sure which license I would need to apply for, or how many forms i have to send to different people. There are tons of kits that claim fame but I dont know which ones are rip-offs. Finally, I have read that you need certain qualifications due to new regulations such as gunsmith, or firearms instructor and so forth. I happen to be an instructor, but dont know if this is good enough. Would anyone like to push me in the right direction?
