Its a beautiful AK and I would buy it from him but just spent my spare cash on a nook for the wifes bday. It comes with one mag loaded. Looking to get $500.

If that's the case you can change out the gas piston and muzzle brake to get enough US parts to use foreign mags. Should be about $20 in parts. Brakes are easy to change but you need some amount of skill to change the gas piston.

It does have a tapco muzzle brake and gas piston.

That rifle met 922r when I sold it, sounds like it still does. It is coated in Matte Black Duracoate
