Authorities arrested an 18-year-old Kenner man after they say he was discovered in bed with a 7-year-old girl.

Xavier Warren Osborne admitted to having sex with the victim and was booked Sunday with six counts of aggravated rape and three counts of sexual battery, according to Lt. Wayne McInnis, spokesman for the Kenner Police Department.

Osborne was being held Monday at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center in Gretna without bond, McInnis said.

An unidentified relative of the girl found the two in bed together at her residence Sunday night, according to an arrest report. The girl had no underwear on and the two were hugging and kissing.

The relative quickly separated them and asked the girl what had happened. She said that Osborne had taken off her underwear and described sexual contact between the two, according to the report. The girl told her relative that it had happened several times over the summer.

The girl said Osborne told her not to tell because their "touching was a secret," the arrest report said. She was taken to a local hospital for an examination.

Osborne admitted to having sex with the girl on at least five different occasions in addition to other sexual contact, McInnis said. He could face more charges depending on the outcome of an in-depth interview with the victim.

Actually thats the worst crime you can commit when being put in jail, but the fact that they will butt rape him a couple of times a day doesnt take away from him wanting to do it again to somebodys little girl or sister, it might actually trick him into hating and wanting to do it more as a payback.

Its not a "want". He can't help himself. The only way to cure this sort of disease is to permanently put him to sleep.

Many years ago some politician told me that it cost just as much to execute a BG as it does to keep him in prison for life. I still don't understand how this is possible, but that's what HE said.

Because of all the trials, appeals and delays, etc.. I learned this when I did a high school paper on Norman Mailer's book "The Executioner's Song". But I think it is now more expensive to keep them on death row,

That sounds like a politician to me. I was told by a very good source each person locked up cost the tax payers 12 to 14 K a year. So that would be 720,000 over 60 years just doesn't seem cheaper to keep them.

They could sell raffle tickets for $100 apiece, with the winner getting the privilege of killing scum like this, and executions would become incredible profitmakers. Add to that the pay-per-view income! Plus make it required viewing for all first offenders.

Subtract the cost of 1 round of 00 buck, and it would be a huge positive cash flow.

These programs will be implemented immediately upon my election as benevolent dictator.

If one of you gets elected instead, I would GLADLY pay to rid the planet of such subhuman slime.
