Full disclosure*** this unit starts and has voltage. The issue is the governor broke (at the hands of my ignorance) and needs to be repaired. I have been told its fairly involved to fix so I opted to purchase a new one. The engine starts but needs t be shut down immediately as the engine races to dangerous rpm levels.
If you know your way around briggs engines, this would be a good project gen.
