My *guess* is no since I had a 22 revo with two cylinders; on for LR and one for magnums.

However, I also have two revos that shoot .40 or 10mm (different OAL's) w/moon clips. go figure.

No, 22 short, longs and long rifles are a smaller diameter than the 22 mag cases and will split upon firing. Or I should say, yup they will shoot and split the cases.
