7.62 Tok 1911 Build

So, I'm pretty comfortable tinkering with things including but not limited to firearms. I built my ARs and have no problem taking apart and putting back together my other guns. As the title says I want to build a 1911 in 7.62x25 Tokarev. This has been made worlds easier as of recent with This. My question is where do I go for the frame and small parts? What is the cheapest way to do it (recommend parts and estimate price)? Are there specialized tools for working on 1911s. I would want to use a .38 Super slide and frame. As per the description it has to be a non-ramped frame whatever that means. It also specifies Government Model, do you think this means it wouldn't work with in double stack? Although I own a 1911 in .45ACP I'm relatively clueless about building one.

Probably start off with a .38 Super from RIA. Centerfire systems has them for under $400, can't get cheaper than that.

Surplus 7.62X25 has dried up. Over doubled in price now, may as well shoot 9mm.

+1 ive been looking for a while. j&g sales had spam cans for $99 a month ago, they sold out in 2 hours. now its cheaper to buy surplus 9x19 or 9mm mak.
