1955 Garand the stock has the normal bumps and bruises 90% original finish other parts are excellent condition ,trigger group is Springfield other parts are HRA,shoots nice groups and functions great 825.00 no trades

FrankJr, that is an excellent looking Garand there. Congrats, as I am actually glad that you saw it before me, as I am searching for an '03 springfield and this would have been very tempting.

Yes it is my first one, I have always wanted one and for the last 2 months have been searching for a M1A. When I saw this I immediatly forgot about the M1A and can't wait to get it.

Thanks, an '03 is also on my wish list, my uncle already has both a garand and a '03 but I have a M1 Carbine to go with this guy on the rack. I would like to do some kind of US Guns of WWII theme some day, still got a long way to go though.

An '03 Springfield is the only one I need, and I kick myself every time I think about the GORGEOUS one that I handled in Bullet and Blade a couple months ago and didn't buy. Do yourself a favor and get your paperwork in to the CMP to get some of the Greek HXP M2 ball ammo, as its very good stuff.
