Yesterday I cooked some deer brugers and I had a little extra ground meat so I decided to make these.
The ground mean had bacon, sauteed onions, jalapenos, cyenne pepped and salt all mixed together.
I scrambled 4 eggs and seasoned them with cayenne and salt.
I scrambled 4 eggs and toasted some french bread. I put a piece of cheese on each side and put the eggs on top. Then I browned the extra ground meat and put it ontop of the eggs
THEN if that wasn't enough, I put some more bacon on it.
