    Finally, someone with a little common sense regarding the PLCAA. NJ knew the law was unconstitutional, but was hoping they could bankrupt a company, or two, while it played out in court

    federal judges are like the weather in south Louisiana….if you don’t like it wait a few hours and it will drastically change. Tomorrow another one will reverse this decision.

    Strange, they don't seem to take this attitude towards the actual criminals.
