Ok weekend project for you. Debone a portion of the chicken then fine chop it along with some sausage. In a large bowl add a cup of cooked rice and just over a cup of juice along with the chopped meat. Let it sit at least 24 hours in a cold refrigerator. It should be *a homogeneous semi-solid* at this point. Scoop with an ice cream scoop (approximately golf ball size but no larger) and batter flour-milk/egg-Louisisna Chicken Fry then a quick deep fry until GBD.
