Talked to Copes today (%^&*&^%$ Bank rejected the 'unusual charge')

I asked about the rust and said that I heard that there was alot less rust than expected.

They told me they looked 'like used mags'... and basically said rust wouldn't be an issue.

Nevermind, I just got the package. Rust, ha. Looks like they were left out in louisiana overnight is all!
I was not getting impatient or anything, just remembered yesterday that I had actually ordered them. Well worth the wait.

I dont have any pis, but can describe them. I got 25, about half have light surface rust, saw 2 with surface rust on the follower. None rusted enough to pit, none dented. Some look fairly well used- paint worn off, some look like they were used once or twice. For the price, it would be hard to go wrong!

They are actually nicer than mags I paid premium prices for...on the top of the box, I haven't dug in yet.

They are not salvageable you wasted your money, I will take them off of your hand.
