not so newbie
Like the title says, located in New Orleans, but willing to drive about an hour or so away. Prefer a new Nodak or at least one that's dimensionally correct and ready to go (rails in, center support, etc.). Not set on caliber. Also looking for parts for the build, AK102 type build, similar to the attached picture.
