Cehollier: i honestly dont know, but i heavily doubt it. Ive read the 922 a couple times already but still havent really sat down with it on my computer screen and my gun next to me to go through it step by step and find out.

I'm no expert, but I don't believe it is a concern since that stock technically is not a pistol grip.
Edit: I'm wrong...didn't notice the giant magazine.
