    If I ever get a chance to get around to it I am going to automate the house using Home Assitant it is OSS and it can all be hosted locally with no attachments to big cloud. It also integrates with a ton of home automation protocols so you can put different things in and it runs them all.

    With my hearing anything more than an AM radio would be a waste of money. No audio equipment in the world can make up for hearing loss, protect your ears.
    I try my best to always use hearing protection at work, mostly for this exact reason. If my hearing goes bad, it's going to be from loud music.
