Fenix are excellent lights. The aluminum cases are as good or better than surefire and the LEDs are eceptional espically the Cree.
    I have a P2d and a L1T 1AA and a Cr123 both are exceptionally bright.

If you want better details skywlkr can give the techspech

    Heh...

    I have over 400 Lights...

It's deemed flashoholism, Very nasty addiction...

It culminates to when you have a single light for one purpose.

One of my lights only purpose is to light stuff on fire...

On the Fenix Lights, I like them alot, I do not trust them for a life saving or tool for SD but they have a great purpose for Every day carry lights.

I cary two, an older E1 and and an L1D.

I have bought at least 15+ of the fenix lights.

try www.fenix-store.com there is a discount code but I cant post it publicly.

I also make a set of mods for the L1D. one I bore the body to fit a 123A, Make a cigar ring for it and make a tactical switch.

I got mine in Yesterday. They are the brightest, most solid, user friendly, and awesome flashlights I have ever used or that have ever been used around me.

I found a coupon code online & for 5% or 8% off & used it.

I've not tested them in water or anything extreme...I did see one frozen inside of a water bottle and it still worked just fine.

Thanks for the reply...I'd be interested in seeing your custom lights.

    i have 2 SF G2s and an SF G3. one G2 has a p90, the other has a cree 170lume lamp and the g3 has a cree q5.

that said, i find the g2 a bit too cumbersome for edc (but i still do it) i was looking at the fenix p1d or p2d to switch over for edc but idk yet. :o

I have a TK10 for the house/hunting, and a P3D for carry. I would highly recommend them both so far.

I was worried that the P3D would be cumbersome, but it is not. P2D is a bit smaller and would probably be great as well, I didn't get it because it looked too small.

I carry Fox Labs 5.3, the P3D is about the same length and its pretty skinny so the cigar hold is easy.

Even the little E01 that comes with some of the lights is very bright for something smaller than my pinkie that runs on 1 AAA battery and it's just as durable as the high dollar lights.
