I’m in the process of sorting out my crono data. I wasn’t as organized as I believed I was. I remembered being close to 200 FPS lower on average. My outlier was 377 FPS slower. I’m referring to muzzle velocity of 1900. Same bullet weight as the Winchester (white box). The white box FMJ rings up high 21-2200 FPS. FYI I had a couple boxes that did 2300 out of 20 or so boxes.
Depends on your barrel length. Most reloading data is shown for 24" barrel with a lot less with a 16" barrel. The Winchester 180gr Powerpoint ammo will do around 2000fps in a 16" barrel. Most reloading data won't get the stated fps for any cartridge. Probably a lawyer fudge factor in the there. Hodgdon has some good reloading data for the 350L in their manual.
I resize the .357 bullets to .356 so it won't bulge the brass and cause hard chambering.
9mm bullets should work fine as is at .355 .
