Anyone been to Sherburne since all of this rain?

I'm just wondering how it looks out there and how muddy the road from 190 is.

My best friend and I went about a week ago after all the rain had already started...it actually wasn't that bad, we had the rifle range to ourselves and even though it was pretty heavy rain, we had alot of fun. The gravel road is in TERRIBLE need of grating to clear up the washboard effect. We love Sherburne as a range, but the best part of the trip is always Billy's Boudin Balls.

I went a few days ago. Had a great time with a few friends. I love shooting suppressed in the rain. There were two other sets of shooters there.

I was there yesterday. Roads had been gravelled/graded and so were not bad--coming from the 190 sidy anyway.

Yeh, they are usually pretty good about keeping the road up. Especially with hunting season about over.

Every time I go it's a crapshoot whether there will be any serviceable target holders or not . Some idiots bring shotguns out there and blow them all to hell .

Every time I see someone doing that, I chew their ass out. I've never had anyone continue doing it. They usually look like they feel stupid... which they should.
