My father has loaned me is 20ga Iver Johnson Excel (Excel is etched on the side of the shotgun) for gun season. I have never heard of the name before, internet information is limited and supposedly the shotgun is older than my dad (59 years).

    What it looks like:

I have heard over my years of Iver Johnson. I even had an old Iver break top .32 S&W 5 shot for awhile. Very weak cartridge but then again it was sort-of a small gun, too big for a really good pocket carry. They were guns made long ago and I think in good condition somewhat collectible.
