    I'd imagine that once the protest becomes loud/large enough to infringe on the family's pursuit of happiness the free speech is in conflict with the family's rights. They can move their speech to another forum and allow it to be read w/o infringing on the family's rights.

    How does one measure someones pursuit of happiness? How do you know when someone infringes on it? Show me some Supreme Court rulings to support this, as I have never hear of it before.
