att e-mail login in problem

good evening;

started 3 weeks ago, can't log-in to my e-mail, rpxxxx@bellsouth.net. keeps defaulting to my wife's e-mail but she died 5 years ago. account was deleted when she died. no one at att, store and on line help with a real person, are able to resolve problem. any suggestions. thx for any input.

delete the history/cache on the browser you are using and try again

Same happened to me about a year ago. Turns out it was hacked. At&t locked it down and I had to start all over with aol.com.
Big pain in the arse!

Same with me and my wife. Seems ATT deleted most of the bellsouth.net accounts a while back. Earlier this year, I had conversations with several levels of ATT/bellsouth technicians who all told me that the accounts and associated data was no longer accessible. Had to set up new email accounts on a different platform.

Mine still works, and I cancelled them earlier this year. Try logging in using Yahoo! Mail. I’m able to use mine on my phone and Outlook on my laptop.
