The easiest way to arrange for the repair is to contact Walther "on-line" at www.waltherarms.com/ccp-recall

You will received by return e-mail a CCP recall form and instructions. Pretty easy really and the application process was quick. Trying to get through via telephone was more difficult, probably because of the traffic generated by the recall.

F.Y.I we received the pistol from Walther three weeks after we mailed it to them for repair. The pistol works fine. Really good service.
