I'm amazed at some of you, you think it's funny to put somebody in a poorly run prison where inmates are allowed to rape, sodomize, beat, and torture other inmates, but think it's wrong to execute a felony offender.

I don't have anything against the Death Penalty but, by current laws I am certain that he is not going to be charged with any crimes that have the Death Penalty as an option for punishment. If he had, I'm with ya.

If the day comes when "Any Felony" carried the Death Penalty" then, again, I would be with you.

He was well aware of the possibilties he would face in prison and he chose to commit the crimes anyway.
