Are there any conservative talk shows around here???? Every day I flip around and all I seem to get are leftist talk show hosts wanting government to regulate airplane seats for fat people, badmouthing guns and talking about how gun carriers are macho cowards who are dangerous and how people ought to carry tazers to make the streets safe for "the rest of us".

Where's Moon Griffon down here???

Search around on AM radio stations. We get Moon on KAOK 1400 over here.

107.3 Baton Rouge, 1560 AM in Slidell. 640 AM in Thibodeaux.

I rarely listen to talk radio. Usually I'm chatting on the ham radio or listening to the scanner while out and about. IF I do turn to talk radio it's either 107.3 or maybe 1150am.

Morning and afternoon driving to or from between Zachary and Amite the only talk I can find is AM 870.

I get some clowns out of New Orleans mouthing off about guns and Trayvon and how gun owners are people with an ego who are cowards who would normally run from a deadly situation (mostly black callers I noticed). This morning one guy was trying to push to regulate SW airlines to change their seat sizes because they are too small on behalf of fat people

1150 in Baton Rouge and 99.5 in New Orleans are the ones I listen to. Can't handle much of the Limbaugh/Beck/Hannity crap during the day, but I like the afternoon local dudes.

I think that his show ended when WJBO changed formats. I wish that another station would put him back on the air. He was good for Louisiana.

The network cut plenty of shows and he was one of them which was foolish because he has a large fan base! I believe it was because he was a black conservative
