    The Commissioner in Charge had better be making phone calls to the Registrar of Voters, Clerk of Court, and the voting machine warehouse. By the way that's why there are always two voting machines per precinct. If the magic smoke leaks out of one then it is taken out of service and continue with the other.

    I get it though. Any issue that hinders a persons right to vote is a big issue. Relieved that it worked out in your case.

    If I had a dollar for every time I was told to be careful with the machines because they are old and parts are hard to get I could buy myself a decent bottle of bourbon.
