Beef Ribs?

I am always on the lookout for quality beef ribs. Unfortunately, very few places serve them, only pork ribs. Any places within easy reach of the northshore that have what you consider outstanding (or even very good) beef ribs?

There are a couple places in Ft. Worth I could recommend.
But seriously I feel your pain even trying to buy decent beef ribs to cook myself is a hassle. Usually I can find them in short rib form and toss them in the oven, well seasoned on a rack for a couple hours then transfer them to a meatloaf pan and cover them in Cattlemans sauce and fresh rosemary.

Yeah, I was downtown Houston a few months ago and found a bbq place with reasonably good beef ribs. Nothing else though.
