Below are pictures of my latest creation. I am getting ready for the Hammond Blues and BBQ festival. I have almost 2 months to get the feel of this one. I seasoned it today and tomorrow will be the pork run. Stuffed loins and babby backs.

My son won 5th place in the Chicken Little competition Saturday.

October 15th he and I will be competing at Party in the Pits in Ponchatoula.
