I may have failed geography but I did pass chemistry so I knew that flouride won't kill amoebas but that has already been pointed out so I wouldn't be so quick to judge others..

My response was to the correct treatment and use of or lack of use of proper chemicals to control/kill amoebas and not in the use of fluoride to do so. I never took chemistry in school but I already knew that fluoride is not used for that reason.
