    The LSP website tells us "this is a complicated issue." I call BS on that. In Louisiana, this issue isn't complicated at all- until you run into someone who doesn't understand the law.

    And it's worse when it's someone who thinks they do
    ....or is supposed to know.... *headsmack*

    Ignorance is the cause of many a headaches when dealing with the 2A/RTKBA.
