    Not for the same case. I think it would be highly unprecedented for the same justices to accept a similar case (2A) in their term.

    The limited scope of the Heller case is settled law at this point. There were many related issues left out of the case, however. SCOTUS should be seeing some of those in the near future.

    Settled law notwithstanding, a Marxist and possibly Islamic president, should it come to pass, and a Democratic Congress could play hell with gun rights, and probably will.

    Yep. Congress could pass a law outlawing or overtaxing ammo sales (that's not specifically protected...). Then a left leaning SC could refuse to hear cases for quite a while.
