By current law, on the property (in the parking lot) is treated as if you were in the building (as I understand it) so I believe either is appropriate.

They have small businesses in my neck of the woods who sell stamps, ship packages, wrap stuff etc same services as PO
And hell they act like they appreciate my business!
WHY WOULD I WANT TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE?????????
