Carrying Without a Permit.

I've wondered about how that 18 year old is going to buy ammo for a handgun. If mama buys ammo for him/her and there is a shooting good or bad. Well mama be included in the criminal or civil trial?

You know I didn’t even think of this until you said it but do you have to be 21 to buy handgun ammo? I know for a fact my nephew just purchased some handgun ammo not too long ago and he’s only 19. It was purchased from a major big box store.

Is this law? So he can buy a ruger pc carbine with a 16” barrel but couldn’t buy the ammo to feed it?
