CD-DVD drives not working--help?

Trying to load some photos into my pc (DellDimension 2350) and both the cd and dvd do not start. I looked in my computer and they are not shown. I went in to device driver and both of them have a yellow circles with an exclamation point.

What can I do?

Could be as simple as a driver issue. Have you done a windows update recently or any software installations?
