We had leftovers tonight. Well, sort of, but different. Yesterday I made Chicken Parmesan with pasta and actually made more than we could eat. But I had a CP sandwich in the back of my mind. This afternoon I stopped at Dorignac's (a local supermarket. I think their French, Italian and St.Joseph bread can't be beat)and picked up a loaf of French bread. Dinner time rolled around and I made myself a Chicken Parmesan poboy. Wow! That CP was better today than it was yesterday and it was good yesterday.
Yesterday Chicken Parmesan w pasta and broiled zucchini and yellow squash.
Warmed the bread just a little too much but it was still fantastic.
I think next time I make CP it will be mainly for sandwiches.
