We just happened to cross the line first, and not by very much. We still dont have the biggest, the Reds do. It's hardly our place to tell another nation they can't have a technology as long as we're not worried about them using a nuke on CONUS. Even then, it's a slippery slope and we need to be careful where we tread, we won't be on top forever. Some people could say we're no longer a super power even. We shouldnt act like the big dog unless we ARE the big dog.

All of the above nations have responsibly kept nuclear weapons for over one-half century. The US & the Russians are the only to keep really large nuclear arsenals.
This genie just won't go back into the bottle, no matter who says what.
BTW, should anyone ever trust a Clinton on anything?
