So you are not set to a certain number of days to turn app into LSP. My neigbor just took the class last month and was asking me last night about it, wanting to wait to after July 1 to see if the law was passed for a lifetime concealed carry, instead of going now and just getting the 5 year.

thats probably what it is, I will tell him to check into that side of the issue

Yep, and the Affidavits also have a 60 day time limit.
